With all your senses - Swissbau 2012

 

Hallo to Everyone!

The record number of visitors at the Swissbau 2012 Exhibition was reflected in the large numbers of people who visited our "With all your senses" (Mit allen Sinnen) stand. This slogan was used working together with other leading suppliers of exclusive bath and wellness products in the special ‘Trends in the World of Bathing’ show to stage rooms with a sensual feeling. By combining high-quality products such as bathtubs and showers, fittings, saunas, bathroom furnishings, and wall and floor coverings, as well as carefully chosen accessories, our stand took visitors on a journey through different periods and styles.

So in that sense the Alegna Team wants to thank everyone involved.

Alpenglow
In the Alpenglow room the dominant colours are the browns of different kinds of wood, from the almost liquid wood veneer of the bathtub to the wooden washbasins. Without doubt the beautiful shape of the oak bathtub was the focal point of this room. The fitted washbasins, the bath surround and the mirrored cupboards are all finished in the same wood, creating a perfect total look.

Black & White
For the “Black & White” room we created this unique basin unit, as well as the mirror attached to it from real “Makassar" wood veneer from Alpi. The two pieces work outstandingly with the other objects in the room, and reflect the room’s pure style.

 

Marquetry
Marquetry is an ancient art form, and a precious and rare craft that in the past was only available to the rich and powerful. Paul Krenz is the only artist in German-speaking countries who has mastered this unique craft. Our basin unit has been enhanced by this beautiful image of water lilies. More information
